PROJECT PHILOSOPHY

BOH MANYU ASSOCIATION (BMA) has as its mission to unite and empower sons and daughters from Manyu Division in all spheres of lives. And we also beleive ‘charity begins at home‘.

Most of our projects have been internal projects whereby we try to help registered members of the association. We strongly beleive, when all members are well-to-do, the association will have a new face and a rock solid foundation. With an association where all members are standing strong and doing something, helping externally will become easy.

We beleive, it will make no sense to ask a member to provide external help when the same member needs help. It will also make no sense to send out a cup of rice when a member needs that cup of rice. If we cannot help registered members, then the foundation of the association will never be strong to extend help out of the association.

We have been and we will continue to focus our energy on internal projects until all registered members are well-to-do. That not withstanding, Boh Manyu Association (BMA) has had one external project and more will come.

Since its creation, Boh Manyu Association (BMA) has had one serious external project.

The project consisted of visiting the HOPTEC Orphanage at Mile 16, Buea where BMA handed many gifts to the children from clothes, food stuff, drinking water, learning materials and physical cash.
